1. SCOPE OF STRATEGY AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Client hereby retains Company to provide Online Personal Development services.

1. The Next Level Experience includes the following services:

a. 1-1 Success Coach
b. Weekly Check-ins
c. 2x/week group coaching calls
d. Course Modules
e. 2x/month 1-1 Energy Sessions
f. Weekly check ins with Fitness/Nutrition Coach
g. Group Marco Polo

2. Additional services, beyond those described above, will require additional fees to be discussed and agreed upon by the parties.

2. CLIENT DUTIES

1. Compensation: In consideration for the services provided by Company to Client as set forth in paragraph 1 above, Client agrees to pay their agreed upon amount before the start of their program. This is a four-month experience after which services will be considered rendered and complete with no automatic renewal option. Company’s obligation to render services hereunder is conditioned upon Client’s payment of said fee on a timely basis. Company reserves the right to withhold project delivery until all outstanding project fees and assessed penalties are paid in full

2. Tools to be Provided by Client: Client agrees to provide all tools, information and documentation that may be required by Company to effectively perform said responsibilities in connection with the performance of services.

3. Expectations:

a. Show up on time to the weekly group coaching calls
b. Complete weekly check-ins promptly on the turn in date
c. Be prompt and fast to act on implementation
d. Complete course work
e. Never no show or ghost your 1-1 coaching calls/check-ins

3. TERM

This engagement shall commence on the 1st day of your program and shall continue until the end of your last day of the program or cancellation by either party in accordance with paragraph 4.

4. CANCELLATION

The experience is a 4 month agreement. The Client may cancel this Agreement for any reason by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice to the Company. Cancellation of this Agreement by Client will not extinguish Client’s obligation to pay the project fee specified in Paragraph 2(1) through the last day of performance or the 7th day after notice is provided, whichever comes later. In the event Client cancels this Agreement, Client will also remain obligated to pay all pre-approved expenses incurred by Company on Client’s behalf through the last day of performance or the 30th day after notice is provided, whichever comes later. To further clarify, there will be no refunds given to Client for canceling this agreement, regardless of whether Client has used Company’s services fully or not. Company may cancel or change this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the Client. In the event that Company cancels this Agreement, Company will provide a prorated refund of any overages of monthly fees paid minus any approved, unpaid expenses incurred on Client’s behalf.

5. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

In the event that The Next Level Experience fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications or does not perform as expected, The Next Level Experience guarantees a full refund of the purchase price. To exercise this guarantee, the customer must meet all expectations outlined in section 2(3) of this document and notify Next Level Experience within 7 days from the date of completion. The Next Level Experience will process the refund within 30 days upon receipt of the notice. This money-back guarantee is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of completion.
